The process involves preserving the 1803 version of Edge and operating it independently. I need to identify the relevant folders and files, especially from C:\Windows\SystemApps, and determine which .exe should be executed. What steps would be necessary to achieve this?

Edge Chromium remains in the testing phase, meaning it won't be fully integrated into Windows 10 for some time.

It seems irrelevant right now since the chromium Edge version is still in its initial phases and unlikely to be included in the public release. The missing functionalities probably won't be added soon, as mentioned in the video. You won't be able to access the folder where the current version lives, and the installer might block execution. App signatures could also pose a problem.
