The hibernation file is largely unnecessary and saves a significant amount of storage. The pagefile uses as much RAM as available, turning extra virtual memory into space if Windows manages it automatically. This adds around 16GB to your SSD usage beyond what you already have. It's usually better to keep the pagefile enabled rather than disabling it entirely, and limiting it to a small size—like 1-2GB at most—works best.
It shouldn’t have any effects removing the pagefile. It’s unlikely to cause any issues. @Mooshi This hibernation file consumed 13 GB, that’s a lot!

It's not the hibernate file. It didn't locate the file even after attempting to remove it. Note: The pagefile.sys is now using 16GB, which might be the issue, as it was only using about 5GB before the reboot.
