When I power on my PC, the BIOS prompts me to scan and repair the C drive, but it only takes about 15 seconds. Later, when trying to download files, I get a permission error. Since I’m the admin, I’m looking for ways to resolve these issues.

The path shows "D:" instead of "C:" because your drive letter is set to D. Check your system settings or disk partition to fix this.
