12100 excels in single-core speed and offers a superior upgrade route. 10400F delivers top multi-core performance but suffers from the poorest upgrade path. It runs marginally quicker than a 3600 if you use a motherboard supporting XMP. Generally, the 11400F provides better value for the price. Avoid the 2600.
