I changed my bios to f12e and had a gigabyte X570 UD motherboard. After restarting, it got stuck in the gigabyte logo and kept loading for about 30 minutes.

I'm facing the same issue. CMOS reset, restart in safe mode, old BIOS, but nothing works.
