You have a few options to check the issue. Try reinserting the CPU into the socket. Alternatively, connect the small diagnostic speaker and listen for a beep code. A normal beep indicates proper function. If no codes appear, the board might be faulty. Removing any component—memory or CPU—will stop operation. Since the problem stopped at the CPU, it’s best to reinsert it first. Good luck!

I connected the speaker to the motherboard and noticed inconsistent beep codes. I was considering taking it to a technician, but I managed to fix it by updating the BIOS and ensuring everything was properly seated. The CPU led disappeared, which helped. I’m grateful you shared the beep codes—I was almost ready to replace the motherboard. If anyone else encounters this issue after searching, try updating the BIOS with all components, including the GPU and RAM.
