I'm dealing with a machine equipped with an A8 APU and a 6000 series graphics card that advertises crossfire compatibility. But when crossfire is enabled, it only allows the built-in graphics and forces you to turn it off for a full monitor setup. After updating to Windows 8.1, the control center fails to launch. I've reinstalled the graphics drivers and control center multiple times yet it still won't open for disabling crossfire. I examined the Event Viewer and found numerous errors—like a faulty application name, kernel module issues, and exception codes. The details are confusing: Faulting app CLI.exe, version 4.5.0.0, error time 0x51891528, kernel module KERNELBASE.dll version 6.3.9600.17055, exception code 0xe0434352, and more. I don’t understand what these mean. Could you clarify or help me resolve this?
