Sorry about being in the wrong forum, but I wanted to find out if anyone has ever reached out to Steam support. How long did it usually take for them to get back to you? It's been nearly five days and I haven't received any response yet. It's starting to become frustrating since they haven't replied. Any advice would be really helpful!

Believe me, I understand your frustration. I had to bush both Atari and Asus to the point of the BBB to evoke a response from their support. Because of that clause, however, they can cite that as reason not to issue a replacement. Just email them 1-2 times a week (leaving adequate time for a response, mind you) until you get something back.
