I purchased the key from CDkeys.com. Several users face this issue. We should look for clarification or a refund. Perhaps Steam is tightening its grip on them now?

One seller to skip is definitely there; they probably did something unusual to obtain those keys. I’ll keep using G2A unless I learn more about this issue. If it’s a big deal, I’ll usually purchase directly from the Steam store.

Looking at the comments, some of the keys seem to have been purchased from legitimate sites, I don't know if they're liars or if Rebellion is being an ass.

I verified my Steam account after returning from work and received the same notification. I also purchased from cdkeys.com, sent an email this evening, and got a refund within ten minutes—either indicating excellent customer service or a high volume of refund requests today.
