They keep pushing the VR experience. It’s frustrating—this technology was already outdated in the 90s and remains so. Just accept it that way. If they had promoted it with a full setup like keyboard, mouse, or gamepad and emphasized strong visual immersion, it could have performed better. I’d still prefer playing games with my usual tools, but I’m open to using VR for specific purposes. It’s unlikely they’ll change their approach soon, though.
And what kinds of games would you like to experience like this? For some, it might not be suitable due to obvious reasons. For instance, shooters or any games where movement is central. The VR available today seems likely to gain popularity once it becomes affordable for everyone.
