Configure the "Left-Click" shortcut on the keyboard. Activate toggle repeat mode. Adjust the interval to 25 milliseconds between actions. Enable or disable the macro as needed. Completed!

Sure, that makes sense for staying efficient without hurting my wrist anymore, haha. I guess I won’t be playing as much tomorrow either. It was interesting to see that according to WhatPulse, I clicked more than twice as often today compared to all Fridays together—kind of surprising!

There is a sub-reddit for this game there is a javascript. They have been teaming up and they are on level 2 million+. EDIT: HOLY THEY ARE ON LEVEL 11 MILL....
