For $2.00 the value depends on your needs. I mostly enjoy FPS games, some of which are multiplayer, so a Steam controller seems fitting too.

It's a good deal, honestly. At $2 and $10 after shipping, it's worth it. You don't need to rely on the Steam controller; a wired Xbox controller or keyboard/mouse works just fine.
