I recently moved into an apartment without WiFi for a while. On the first day, I turned Steam off and was able to play all games except Fallout 3. By the third day, after visiting a friend, I left for lunch and shut down my PC. When I returned, I couldn’t launch any games, even after restarting. Now, every time I open Steam, it says no games are installed, but switching to Big Picture mode shows everything but still can’t start anything. My internet provider won’t be available until Friday, while I’m away on Thursday with my PC. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
