There seems to be no direct way to purchase games via Steam using a Paysafecard from Croatia. You currently use your Paysafecard for all purchases, including in Croatia. There isn’t an option to switch to Paysafecard specifically for Steam accounts there. If you want to try Paysafecard on Steam, you may need to contact Steam support or check if they accept alternative payment methods.
They haven’t included PSC support in many regions yet, including Croatia. You might consider moving your money to Skrill instead.
You can send the funds to PayPal or Skrill and place the order that way. Alternatively, you can request a friend to handle it using their preferred payment method.
