Consider your download needs—slow speeds on Steam might push you toward a physical copy. The Steam version offers unique perks, so it’s worth checking what benefits they provide. Thanks!

I would search for a tangible version.

This offer is no longer available. For a stable connection, consider getting the 7-disc physical version.

If the boxed option is just for Rockstar's proprietary DRM, I’d choose the Steam version instead.

I don't really enjoy Rockstar Social Club (just don't have real experience, it seems too much), but with a 2Mb download it's quicker to buy the physical version and get Amazon next day delivery (same price as Steam). Installing all 7 discs still works faster, plus I'll have both GTA4 and GTA5 boxes... that's what I've done.

You're looking at various download speeds depending on your setup. After a few days of downloading, your computer restarted and another day was needed. With the remaining 4GB patch, it's suggested to use the 7 discs instead of just one.

I think you figured it out on your own... Avoid going through the download steps. Even with a strong internet connection, 60gb feels like a lot... Skip the server issues and complications, grab the physical version, and if I'm right, you'll also receive a map with it.

Currently, I'm on a 200mbps connection, but it took me 10 hours to download since their servers are down.
