I've been interested in portable devices for some time but after watching the Switch 2 demo, I chose the Steam Deck. One of its strengths is emulation. I'm not looking for tips on finding games or setting up emulation—just want to know what others experience with game performance.

I wasn't expecting Steam Deck to be such a weak contender. A friend who spends a lot on Ninja Games often faces issues with 60fps and performance tweaks, while I know his system is more powerful than mine (11th gen i7, 3070). Are you really confident it runs smoothly?
