Has anyone experienced this problem before? They might have useful tips. It appears on every other page, including the Community section and my Profile, except for my Library which remains unaffected. The issue began after upgrading to a 4K monitor with Windows scaling set to 200%. Clearing the browser cache in Steam settings helps temporarily, but it reappears within a few hours. I’m looking for advice since searching online only yields solutions for Steam games, not the software itself. Also, deleting Steam completely didn’t resolve it.

Click the Steam icon, then go to Properties, Compatibility, and adjust the scaling settings in the options panel.

It looks like the issue might have been resolved by adjusting Steam’s scaling settings or clearing the browser cache. I’m not sure yet, but it could be related to those steps. I’ll check again in a few hours.

I've repeated this several times across different devices, and everything remains consistent after the changes.

You adjusted the specific configurations, and I haven’t had a chance to change anything further.

I completely reset the scaling configuration I had set earlier, which resolved the problem. (The adjustment was handled by System(enhanced)) Now everything returns to the standard settings. It's unclear whether this fully fixed the issue or if clearing the web cache helped. I've already removed it and the problem disappeared. On its own, just using the regular System version worked without any special scaling options.

I tried opening Steam this morning but the interface remained small in a large frame, just like the screenshot from my original post. No matter the scaling options I selected, nothing changed. Eventually I went to Help > Steam Support to reach out directly and see if they could help—unfortunately, that didn’t resolve it either. It feels like Steam is testing me at this point.
