It's confirmed. You must keep disabled users in place, then verify if port forwarding works as VortexS mentioned. The Steam download ports are between TCP 27014 and 27050 (Source: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_arti...-GLVN-8711). In your modem's control panel, locate Advanced > Advanced Setup > Port forwarding / Port Triggering. - Service Name: Steam Downloads - Protocol: TCP - External Starting Port: 27014 - External Ending Port: 27050 - "Use the same port range for internal ports" - Select your computers (Local) IP from the list.
