You just purchased a Steam Card for $20, but it leads you to a page asking for your address to claim tax. Does Steam collect taxes? If you're in the US, that's something to consider.

Where did you acquire the card? If you obtained it in a brick-and-mortar location, it functions merely as a code for converting funds into your Steam Wallet. Purchasing it online felt a bit dubious since you might have been able to deposit money directly.
