Your account was taken over recently, and you've already reported it. It hasn't received a response yet. I'm here to help you track down an update.

Steam support is really poor; it’s even possible it might never get resolved. There are plenty of memes about this, but the reality is different.

For one of the players I used to play with, it took him two and a half months to receive a response about his account. Steam support feels like a joke.

Unusually, I've consistently received strong support from Steam. I usually get responses within a week or two, even though others may take longer. Are you involved with Steam Guard? Hold on.

Could you clarify what you're referring to? I need more context to understand how it got hijacked.

Submit updated support request with proof of purchase included. They usually avoid tickets lacking sufficient evidence of ownership, which is understandable.

I don’t have access to send emails directly. Could you provide the email address or confirm how you’d like me to proceed?

Search for the individual on Steam and use their email address. Also, reach out via their Facebook or Twitter profiles, as these can help capture their interest.
