You're experiencing blurry results from Steam on your Asus VX24AH 1440p display. It seems the scaling settings might be affecting how Steam renders content. Try adjusting the in-game resolution or checking if your display settings match the intended output.

The issue is even more severe in 4K resolution. It fails to scale properly.

Have you considered setting up a new theme? It might improve performance.

It doesn't display properly unless the game runs at the right resolution. Otherwise, consider reinstalling Steam.

No need to alter the dpi scaling on the Steam executable; it could improve performance.

Open the Steam installer by right-clicking its executable and selecting properties. Adjust the DPI scaling option, then restart Steam to check if the issue resolves.
