Hey! Steam appears in an unexpected way, and I’m not sure how to fix it. I went through the SSD drive and restarted my PC using updates, but it’s still not working.

Yes, you can back up the Steam apps folder and it should work fine.

Yes, removing all drivers could be optimal. Do it by deleting each driver one by one and checking if performance improves.
