Yes, you can transform Steam and other platforms into physical formats by converting digital content into tangible products such as books, merchandise, or interactive experiences.

Unfortunately for Steam, not so much. However, with GOG, you're good to go because the games you purchase there are DRM-free.

Even without downloading any games or helpful tools, you can still proceed.

Other than GOG, every platform uses some kind of digital rights management. GOG games don’t require it.

Really, Gog doesn’t have every game available.

You can save game files to discs for backup purposes. This method allows you to recover the game fairly quickly when needed. However, it doesn’t significantly reduce file size. It essentially gathers all the files from the installation directory and compiles them into one single file. https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/vi...-DC3C-64F0 If you prefer, storing games on multiple external hard drives in storage is another option.

Could you clarify what you mean by "it"? Are you asking about installing something on an SSD or a similar device?

As mentioned before, you can save your downloaded Steam games on different storage options like NAS, external drives, or discs. But these files must still verify their authenticity through Steam to confirm a valid license. If they fail verification, it means the game is unauthorized—this is piracy, which we don’t assist with. Instead, we’re focusing on finding condensation.
