MOBO: MSI b450m Bazooka plus Router setup includes Tenda ac5 ac1200 network cable. Configuration steps: optical fiber → TJ → ONU → cat5e → router → cat6 → PC. My ISP claims my download speed from their FTP server is 500mbps, but I haven’t noticed any change in my Ethernet connection.

If you had looked at the router's specifications, you'd noticed it only has ports that support 100Mbps. It simply can't exceed that speed.
