I've been using this build for roughly six months now, and suddenly a loud static noise started coming from the motherboard. After checking, it seems related to the pump CPU fan. It's set to maximum in BIOS at around 2400 RPM on PWM, but when switched to DC and reduced to about 1000-1500 RPM, the noise disappears. However, lowering the RPM causes the CPU temperature to rise significantly and the fans to switch between high and low speeds, which is quite bothersome. Do you have any suggestions? Or could it be the pump/cpu cooler or the motherboard itself?
