You're having trouble locating Oculus within Windows 10. It seems the software isn't displaying the correct startup options. Have you tried checking the Windows Start menu or searching for Oculus in the app store? Also, ensure your device is updated to the latest version.

Autoruns has been fixed. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Run Autoruns as an Admin and disable these two entries.

It's a service. You can turn it off easily via services.msc. In Autoruns you'll find it in a single location on the nice list.

Since you disabled the service, turn it back on in Autoruns, restart your system, then configure it as manual in services.msc (type "services.msc" using Win+R).
