I recently changed my system from Skylake to Zen2. Previously, it would start almost immediately after I pressed the power button, but now it takes 5 to over 25 seconds to turn on fully. Once it’s running, everything works perfectly. Did I make a mistake with the wiring or is there another issue? TIA

I've seen others with Ryzen systems face this problem, and I'm not sure if a solution exists.

It also occurs with my 8700k system. Likely the mainboard performs various checks during startup, which slows things down. The actual Windows 10 launch feels quick for me.

Sure, just to clarify, the system boots within 10 seconds at most, yet no action occurs after you press the button for 5 to 25 seconds.
