On my i9-12900k system, starting Warzone without a crash is problematic whether I use an OC or default CPU settings. However, using process affinity with process lasso and turning off all threaded cores resolves the issue. It seems hyperthreading might be the root cause. This isn’t a recurring problem in other games, and it’s a new concern for my current PC. I’m wondering if there’s a permanent fix besides disabling hyperthreading, given no driver updates or recent game patches. The problem only appears when threaded cores are active.
