Current configuration includes an i5 6600k processor, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, and an EVGA 1070 ACX graphics card. The power supply is a 650W unit, and the CPU cooler supports both AMD and Intel chips. I understand you're considering upgrading to a 2060 or 2070 model. However, the CPU might become a bottleneck, and the motherboard will need an upgrade for the newer socket types. Please let me know your suggestions and assistance. Your budget is around 1344.55 CAD. Thanks! Ladies and gentlemen.

A 6600k might work, but it wouldn't be the best choice. It could become a bottleneck. You have a few options: either search for a used 6700k, which is very budget-friendly and offers solid performance gains without much expense, or upgrade to the latest Intel or Ryzen chips. If you can locate a used 6700k for around $100–150, it would be a great value in terms of cost and performance.

RX 5700 offers advantages over the RTX 2060 Super without railtracing, while the RTX 2070 Super is roughly 1 to 7% quicker than the RX 5700 XT. This means you might consider pairing them together.
