Have they adjusted the thread scheduling for games with the two CCD X3D chips? This is my main worry about the build. The OP might do better with the 7800X3D in this scenario.
AMD introduced its AMD PPM Provisioning Driver for ryzen 9 processors to resolve this specific problem. It was recognized as an existing issue, and the fix was implemented.
