You can reactivate Windows after installing it on a new SSD, even if the system was pre-activated. However, after attempting a clone or migration, ensure the installation completes successfully and check for any activation issues during setup. The key is embedded in the security chip. Once installed, it will turn on automatically when you reach the desktop. If prompted, choose "I don't have a key."
