You can't simply transfer an OS from one laptop to another like that. Changing your A10 laptop to a MacBook requires proper hardware and software conversion, not just a file transfer.

Mostly confident. Check your system compatibility and refer to a dual-boot guide. It shouldn’t be too complicated.

It's a bit more involved than expected, but a dedicated graphics card makes it simpler. You might want to give it a shot, though—hackintosh projects can be tricky. Also, when I set up dual booting on the same drive, I had to install Windows separately.

It runs quite well on the CPU. I’d look into your processor model to check if others have found similar results.
