Try refreshing the USB if possible. Rufus is the only tool I've used successfully. You might need to recover the USB with DiskPart. There are YouTube guides showing how to do that.

unfortunately, i'm having trouble. i think it's an i7 with 64-bit architecture. it came pre-built by dell, which my mom acquired from work.

Again, sadly, i dont think i can. the case is long gone i just have it set up as a test bench. there is a code looking think on the mother board though, its SE0304
