My computer boots up and immediately enters automatic reset mode. It doesn't allow access to safe mode, and there are no backup points available. I ran a scan through the C prompt, which detected damaged files, repaired them, and suggested restarting the PC. I entered "Shutdown /r /0" and received a message indicating the shutdown wasn't recognized. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Did I type the command correctly?
run the installation on a working computer, get the media on a USB drive, use it to start the PC and attempt a repair from there.
I left for some time, so I brought my PC to a repair shop. Their technicians said my S.O files were damaged, likely from a Windows 11 download. They fixed everything, reinstalled all the files, and I’ve switched back to Windows 10. It works perfectly now.
