I mentioned this in my original post, so it makes sense now. Thank you. It seems strange how this started after making some graphical adjustments. I was using "Geforce 332.21 Driver" which was released on January 7, 2014, and they probably use the MM/DD/YYYY format for dates back then. At that time, I didn’t encounter any blue screens at all. I’ll experiment with other graphics drivers while I can. Appreciate the help from everyone who contributed.

Remove all related software from your graphics card. Both the drivers and previous experiences. After that, reinstall the newest drivers. If the problem persists, go back to the last drivers you used without issues.
