I just upgraded to an ultrawide monitor and adjusted the taskbar position. Can I change its orientation so the Start button appears at the bottom and the Action Center, Clock, etc., stay on top?

Adjusted the task bar position and tweaked the settings, yet nothing worked. It seems flipping it isn't possible without a third-party tool. Rainmeter is a well-known choice.

Thank you for reviewing. The Getting Started guide indicates that Rainmeter won't alter your Windows visual theme or any native elements like the taskbar or start menu.
