Starcraft 2 Help Needed
Hi all!
I'm facing problems with map loading in Starcraft 2. The game runs fine during the campaign and when battling AI, but when I try to play on my new laptop, the maps just keep spinning. Occasionally a few maps appear, but they don't load properly when I attempt to enter them (like during a melee with the AI). Anyone have any advice or experience with this? I've tried several steps:
- Turned off anti-virus/firewall completely
- Added Starcraft 2 to the firewall exceptions
- Used the 'Repair' option in the Blizzard app
- Reinstalled the game
- Ran as administrator
- Changed the region at startup
If this helps, I'm on the same network as my gaming PC (the one that works), so it's likely not an internet issue. I just think something might be missing on the laptop side. Thanks!
Yes, I missed adding that to my list. Interestingly, when executed as an admin, I receive a few additional maps, though they are nowhere near the expected quantity. I’ll revise my response to demonstrate this.
