I just installed the intelligent standbylist cleaner and saw that only about 300mb of memory was used, even though I have 32gb of RAM and Rust is enabled, bringing the total to roughly 17-18gb. This happened with the OS included. I cleaned the standby list in the hope it would improve my Rust performance—no frame drops were reported, though they still occur occasionally. This should help a bit. I’m using an RTX 3080 RX 5800 XT with 32gb RAM and a 3200MHz CL16 card, running on an M.2 SSD.

When optimization isn't perfect, the best options are tweaking a few game parameters, such as turning off post-processing. I rely on the QuickCPU memory tab to free up idle space. Previously, people used FreeRamXPpro for XP systems.
