In short, AP isn't giving IP addresses and the ISP's modem router stopped working. After trying for months, my parents and I chose a complete package. We need a VDSL2 modem router with wireless AC and VoIP support. I found four options, but only two were available in Australia. The Netgear NF18ACV costs $139 and the DVA2800 is $238. The main difference I noticed was a USB 3 port on the Netgear, which makes sense if we already have a NAS. We could buy the more expensive model, but it doesn't seem worth the $100 extra. Is there another option that fits my needs better?

Thanks for the feedback! I've chosen the netcomm and noticed the D-Link price increased by $50, so I'm going to test the more affordable alternative.
