I doubt relying on such a software reading, but VBAT is still the correct CMOS voltage. Testing the battery directly would be perfect if possible.
I don’t own a gadget to test the battery directly. @Kid.Lazer @191x7 @ImWilly still ask: CMOS just keeps BIOS info and clock time. So why would it affect how fast the SSD boots?
It was mentioned earlier that CMOS retains memory configurations that the motherboard must reset each time it powers on. Simply purchase a new CR2032 battery, swap it in, and let us know if this resolves your issue. These replacements cost around $2 each.
That's what I thought too before the NVME drive vanished and the BSOD started. After swapping the SSD, everything improved. My motherboard was around three years old at the time. It turns out UEFI works differently from BIOS, and manufacturers often change things unexpectedly. The dead battery didn’t affect the time or date reset, even with XMP settings applied.
It has ample unused space available. Hard Disk Sentinel indicates the system's health by monitoring disk conditions and alerting you to potential issues.

The device appears to be functioning well. Samsung Magician indicates this. Check for any available firmware updates.
