I can run CrystalDiskMark to assess the SSD performance. It should report the read/write speeds and confirm whether the disk meets the expected 3 GB/s write capability without affecting your download rates.

What are the specifications of these devices? Which CPUs do they use? What types of SSDs are included? Avoid mixing megabits with megabytes—remember, one byte has eight bits. A megabyte per second equals eight megabits per second. Sixty megabytes equals 480 megabits, which is 60 times eight.
