Played modded DayZ for around 600 hours out of 700. No issues until recently when the game suddenly spiked my SSD to full capacity and froze during play. A new SSD helped but the problem persisted even after a factory reset, reinstalling Windows, and removing all mods. What options do I have?

It didn't work, it's really frustrating. I just want it to stop, and I even switched back to Windows 10 now.
