I'm attempting to set up Windows on a new Acer Travel M P4 laptop. The internal SSD isn't being recognized in the BIOS, and its size is listed as 2450MHz. I turned off Secure Boot but couldn't locate any other relevant options like AHCI or UEFI settings. There are no official drivers available for SATA/AHCI or NVMe interfaces. I tried updating the BIOS, but the update process didn't show a file to run on the USB drive. I attempted to use DiskPart from the command prompt to create a partition, but only the USB appears. I also tried downloading the Micron SSD driver directly, but it didn't work—only an .msi file showed up.

Identify the precise version, if possible. Convert the archive to a zip format such as IRST_Intel_20.0.0.1037_W11x64_A.zip. Place it on your Windows USB drive. When you start Windows Setup, attempt to install drivers and point to the VMD subfolder containing iaStorVD.inf.
