I can configure my MOBO for UEFI or CSM. Using UEFI unlocks Secure Boot, but switching to UEFI makes Windows disappear from the boot options and prevents upgrading to Win11. In CSM mode it appears in the boot menu yet Secure Boot remains disabled. My aim is to switch between Linux and Windows 11 regularly. I view the boot menu after pressing F11 at startup. When UEFI is active, only POP_OS shows up twice in the menu. The setup details are listed here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bBnwMv. Attached are images showing Windows missing from the UEFI boot menu.

Your drive is likely formatted with MBR. You should have it in GPT format for optimal performance. You can find ways to convert it using a quick search, but a clean installation is my top choice. To verify this, boot into Windows and check the site: https://pureinfotech.com/check-gpt-mbr-p...indows-10/

You must transform your storage device to GPT format via mbr2gpt at https://www.windowscentral.com/how-conve...windows-10. Once done, turn off CSM.

The problem arose because the drive used MBR format. I converted it to GPT using the native disk tool in Linux (POP_OS), and then performed a new Windows 11 installation.
