A few days back I purchased a new SSD on eBay bundled with Windows 10. After installation, my computer starts up in roughly 20 seconds, but when I log in after about two minutes or attempt to launch an app, it freezes and stops working properly. The only solution is holding the power button to shut it down.

You already possess a USB drive containing ISO files. The SSD you purchased wasn’t marked as new—it was refurbished, which implies it needed approval from eBay and should not have any problems.

You might want to use HD Sentinel to check the hard drive's condition. It can identify issues like hardware problems or improper Windows installation. Try reinstalling Windows and see if the problem persists.

I can't operate it before it fails, much less save it.
