I just swapped out my CMOS battery, but after the change I couldn’t get Windows to boot. Now I’m installing Windows on my NVMe SSD—the only one that appears. I need a clean slate and want everything formatted from scratch. In BIOS there are three entries listed, but I can’t see them in Windows. I know they’re there in BIOS, yet they don’t show up at all.

Assume it's SATA, then search for the SATA settings and a configuration that supports switching between RAID and AHCI. You should be using AHCI mode. If you don't locate it, provide your exact motherboard model so we can look up the manual.
