I purchased a WD BLACK 500GB SN770, but it loses connection when the computer restarts. Is there a solution or workaround to prevent this issue?
Have you considered moving the M.2 NVMe storage again? Removing and reinserting it can fix problems like unstable booting or missing drives. In your recent build, a slight misalignment caused inconsistent performance.
I handled it successfully, but it no longer appears in your file explorer or disk partitions.
I completed the task. It functions correctly now and isn't visible in your file explorer or disk partitions.
It isn't my boot drive, yet it's located in the main NVMe port. Might that be the source?
What motherboard and processor are you using? Sometimes the main NVMe port is turned off since certain CPUs lack the required PCIe lanes that the same socket supports. This might happen with a 10th generation Intel CPU on a 500-series board, or an older AMD APU on some B350, B450, or X series boards.
