They followed a consistent naming pattern for their A320M-A Pro models. Looking up the A320M-A Pro didn’t reveal any reason for the non-M.2 variant, though it’s curious they included one.

I checked the incorrect board and noticed two versions—one with M.2 slot and another without. You should be able to install a standard Gen 3 SSD in it. For instance, a Samsung 970 EVO works as an example. The performance will be slower on older processors like Athlon, A-Series or Athlon X4, depending on the specifications.
