You'll need to purchase or recover that chipset from another laptop, then deal with desoldering the faulty one and installing a replacement—this is going to be really tough.

To achieve such an outcome, the power supply components are probably damaged and delivering unstable voltage. Simply swapping the chip won't fix it unless the root issue is addressed.
