Which operating system will be present on this additional partition?
What are the complete specifications of this device?
This should be handled more effectively using separate drives.

If the concern is about establishing a dual boot between Windows 10 and Windows 98, it's unlikely to work. It's improbable that Windows 98 provides drivers for hardware intended for Windows 10.
A virtual machine is the best solution. DOSBox typically works well for DOS-only programs.
Certain games need access to Real Mode and won't run in a VM regardless (for example, Ultima 7). These will require particular compatibility patches like Exult.
